Pain.......

My Thought for this Day........We all have small nuggets, or huge boulders,of pain, grief or sadness known only to ourselves. When we are ready to air our hearts in the freedom of letting go, only then will we truly realize that we have risen from the ashes. The humanness of each of us connects our circles of life. I touch you and you touch me. This is one of the greatest gifts freely given to hearts.
